Every project on Launchpad20 goes through three sale rounds before public listing. Each round has its own price, cap, and allocation — set by the project, not us.

Round 1
Seed Round

Earliest entry at the lowest price. Strict per-user caps ensure fair distribution. Tokens are locked until Round 2 opens.

Round 2
Growth Round

Price increases from Round 1. R1 holders can sell up to 30% of their tokens at the new price. New investors join.

Round 3
Pre-Listing

Final round before public listing. Highest pre-listing price. R2 holders can sell 30% at this price.

Listing
Public Market

Token goes live on exchanges at the listing price. All tokens unlocked. Early investors capture the full price appreciation.

Every IEO has its own pricing
Round prices, per-user caps, total raise targets, and listing prices are set individually by each project. A DeFi protocol might start at $0.10 with a $100 cap, while an infrastructure project starts at $2.00 with a $500 cap. Check each IEO's page for its specific round details.
